I ordered my parcel in the 11th of November it was supposed to come in 3 days so that means 14th November. Its now 30th and I still haven’t received anything. I called so many times and they assured me that the delivery will be coming on the day I called, I took days off to wait for it and nothing came. Called again and the same situation happened. I’m very disappointed in their costumer service as it seems they don’t communicate to each other and maybe they didn’t call the depot and didn’t even aks about my parcel, I even asked give me the contact so I can speak to them directly but she declined and said its not possible. I could give no stars if I could.

Purchased a three piece patio set described as rattan when it arrived it was cheap plastic bracket missing all fittings leave gaps tried to phone no answer do not answer e-mails I’m writing to oft this is clearly described as rattan on their site and is plastic this is illegal and I won’t let it drop this company needs investigating pitty no zero stars

There was a fault in that the item in the box was the wrong size. Aosom staff dealt with the problem with courtesy and (as the item was now out of stock) reasonably speedily. in due course the replacement arrived and I am now a happy apple! thank you Aosom.

This safe is a real mutha… to install. It comes with the wrong hardware. Precisely, the two bolt assemblies are of the type used to mount a safe on a concrete surface. As this is a safe one mounts in a closet on a shelf, the hardware was useless. I ended up at my local Ace Hardware for nuts, bolts, expansion bolts and an assortment of washers before I could install the darn thing.

There are four mounting holes, two on the bottom and two on the back. Problem is you’ll likely need to drill them out and make them larger to properly mount this safe. I suppose the bad news here is not so much that you need to enlarge the holes as much as it is that the metal is thin enough to make drilling through the back and bottom really very easy.

Once you’ve got the holes all enlarged, drilled your holes in the wall and the shelf your mounting on (oh and countersunk them) you’ll find the inside cavity is just a bit small for American tools and regular size hands. It is a bitch getting a good grip on your tools when threading and tightening the mounting bolts.

I recommend not buying this item. Go to a local locksmith and put the right kind of money on the table for a good safe (starting around a hundred bucks) and let them install it for you. The stuff on Amazon is Chinese made cheap crap. And this is the last Chinese made anything I’ll buy through Amazon and, if I can help it, anywhere else.

Had this safe for several months. Gets used daily to hold prescription medicine. If you mess up entering the code you can lock yourself out, but you have a back up key. Combination is easy to reset. Well made with 3 steel bars that lock the door. Your going to beat on it a while to bust it open. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a small safe that’s secure and inexpensive.
